Performed 2 system homecare. Renewed customers homecare. Check and filters did not need to be changed. Tested electrical components and safety, treated drains and tested with water. Found condensers needed to be be cleaned customer declined at this time. Also recommend adding u waves to improved air quality. Evaporator coil we had to be replaced already call Lennox for quotes. NOTE!!!! Client want this job to be scheduled on 4/25/24 at 9 AM

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found rusted coil, water in pan with refrigerant in water, furnace was 23 years old, unit is R22, run cap weak, rusting in cabinet, outdoor unit low on R22, pitted contactor, weak capacitor. Due to cost of repairs, customer requested replacement quote.
